In this position you will provide project management support on assigned clinical trials, partnering closely with Clinical Project Managers and cross-functional study teams to ensure successful trial execution. You will play a key role in coordinating study activities, maintaining trial documentation, tracking project progress and risks, and supporting communication among sponsors, investigational sites, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:Support clinical trial execution by coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating communication, and tracking study progress, risks, and key performance metricsDevelop, review, and maintain clinical trial documentation, including Trial Master File (TMF) records, training materials, meeting agendas, and study-related reportsCollaborate with study sites and sponsors to support recruitment efforts, monitor trial activities, and ensure timely issue escalation and resolutionAssist with investigator meetings, monitor visit report reviews, invoice review processes, and overall study operations managementProvide administrative and project management support to clinical teams, serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders when neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience as Associate Clinical Project Manager I, or work experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical research organization industry with a concentration in clinical trial managementWorking knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial regulationsDemonstrated scientific/medical understanding and familiarity with clinical research industry termsExcellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively engage with diverse stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business technologies, with a demonstrated commitment to customer service and operational excellenceWhy Symbio? xhyhwjd At Symbio, you'll join a collaborative and flexible environment where your work directly supports the successful delivery of global clinical research projects.If you're passionate about advancing clinical trials and driving operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.Apply by sending your CV and cover letter to Jennifer Kidd at
