Job Details *** This is a night shift position *** Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians supporting automated production equipment and robotics systems. Prioritize, assign, and oversee daily maintenance activities, repairs, and troubleshooting efforts. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical equipment, automated machinery, conveyors, and 6-axis robotic systems. Utilize PLC knowledge to diagnose equipment faults and support corrective actions. Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation to resolve equipment issues. Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Production teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Track maintenance performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history. Promote and enforce safety standards, regulatory compliance, and company policies. Provide technical training, coaching, and development for maintenance team members. Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or automated production environment. 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience. Hands-on experience with Fanuc robots or similar multi-axis robotic systems is required. Strong PLC troubleshooting experience, including fault tracing and diagnostics. Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, conveyors, and industrial machinery. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
