What you'll do:

• Lead all daily parts department operations.
• Maintain the right inventory at the right time.
• Improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with fixed operations leadership to create an exceptional customer experience.
• Coach and develop your team to perform at a high level.
• Monitor KPIs and create action plans that deliver measurable results.
