Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cath Lab RN for a 13-week assignment requiring 2+ years of Cath Lab experience and moderate sedation proficiency.

Details

• Cath Lab unit within a hospital setting
• 10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, no weekends
• 40 hours per week schedule
• On-call responsibilities required

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Moderate sedation experience required
• Experience with IABP intra-procedure, Swan Ganz catheters, and Impella required
• Must independently read and interpret telemetry strips and pass a Tele test with 85% or better on day one
• Critical Care, Level I Trauma, or Neuro experience preferred
• IR and procedural experience strongly preferred

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care in the Cath Lab performing cardiac catheterization procedures
• Must reside within 50 miles of the facility to qualify for the local rate
• First-time travelers may be considered
