Job Overview:

Pay Range: $65.00hr - $70.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 3+ years of Engineering Management or Technical Leadership experience.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Mixed-Signal Hardware Design.
• Experience in Power Electronics.
• Experience in PCB Design & Validation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Electrical/Hardware Engineering teams.
• Drive end-to-end product development from design through production launch.
• Manage engineering resources, project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership on complex electronics and embedded hardware systems.
• Conduct architecture, design, schematic, PCB, and system-level reviews.
• Partner directly with customers to define requirements and resolve technical challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, and Operations.
• Support engineering scaling, hiring, mentoring, and team development.
