• 8-hr shift: ~24 prebooked + 4 walk-ins; 9-hr: ~28 + 4 walk-ins
• Average 20 - 24 patients per 8-hr shift; 25 - 27 per 9-hr shift
• Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits
• Patient population -- primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
• Age range: 6 months and up
