Production Associate – Linens Facility Location: Livonia, MI 48150 Employment Type: Contract to Perm Job Number: 55089702 Pay Rate: $15.00 / hour ($15-$17 per hour) Shift: 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday Job Overview We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join a fast‑paced production team in a clean industrial laundry and healthcare services environment. The position supports daily production operations by sorting, processing, folding, inspecting, and preparing healthcare linens and products for customer delivery. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Sort, fold, package, and prepare linens and healthcare garments for shipment Load and unload materials into washers, dryers, and production equipment Inspect products for stains, tears, or quality concerns Maintain production speed and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment Follow company safety procedures and production standards Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the shift Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Assist with additional warehouse or production duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment Work Environment Fast‑paced production and industrial laundry environment Exposure to heat, steam, noise, and moving machinery Safety equipment and training provided Benefits Weekly pay Opportunity for long‑term employment and growth Training provided Stable work schedule with overtime opportunities available Safety Equipment / PPE Required Closed‑toe work shoes required Additional PPE provided as needed based on department assignment EEO Statement Surestaff is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cardinal Staffing Services
