Who We're Looking For We're seeking a licensed massage therapist who is passionate about their craft and committed to delivering an exceptional luxury guest experience. Required Qualifications Active North Carolina Massage & Bodywork Therapy License Minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional massage therapy experience (preferred) Ability to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor Consistent availability on Sundays, Mondays and other high volume days to align with guest demand Exceptional professionalism, reliability, and communication skills Preferred Skills & Experience We're especially interested in therapists who have experience with: Customized therapeutic massage Nervous system regulation Prenatal massage Trauma informed massage Cupping therapy Hot stone massage Myofascial techniques Stretching and mobility-focused bodywork Luxury body treatments and spa rituals Our ideal therapist: Naturally builds trust and long-term relationships with guests. Creates personalized treatment plans rather than delivering the same massage to every client. Understands the importance of consultation, communication, and client education.
