Qualifications Associate degree in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, Construction Technology, HVAC, Mechanical Systems, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in facility maintenance, building operations, construction, mechanical maintenance, or a related field. Valid Minnesota driver's license required. Must possess and maintain a Minnesota Class 2-C Boiler Engineer License or higher. Forklift Certification required within one (1) year of hire. CPR/First Aid Certification required within one (1) year of hire. Safety-sensitive position subject to random drug, alcohol, and cannabis testing. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hibbing
