As the bridge between customers and technicians, you'll ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience from drop-off to pick-up. Your customer-centric mindset and technical savvy will help build lasting relationships and drive satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle concerns
• Recommend services based on vehicle conditions and history
• Create and manage repair orders, ensuring accuracy and clear communication
• Maintain regular updates with customers about their service status
• Collaborate closely with technicians and service managers

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive customer service or service writing preferred
• Solid knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and follow-through
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
