I’m partnering with one of the most iconic and recognizable names in American retail to identify a Director, Marketing Strategy to help shape how the brand connects with millions of consumers across major categories and cultural moments.

This is a highly visible leadership role for a strategic retail marketer who can turn consumer insights, merchandising priorities, and business goals into powerful integrated marketing strategies across the customer journey.

What you’ll be involved in:

• Lead integrated marketing strategy across major seasonal moments, categories, and brand initiatives
• Partner with Merchandising, Creative, Media, and senior stakeholders to bring product stories to life
• Develop omnichannel campaigns across digital, social, content, experiential, and in-store
• Create innovative activations, events, and customer experiences
• Use consumer insights and data to shape strategy and creative direction
• Lead and develop a high-performing team

What they’re looking for:

✔ 10+ years of integrated brand/retail marketing experience

✔ Strong retail or consumer brand background

✔ Experience leading seasonal and omnichannel marketing strategies

✔ Strong merchandising and cross-functional partnership experience

✔ Experiential/in-store activation experience is a plus

✔ Home, Fashion, Beauty, or cross-category retail experience

✔ Strategic, commercially minded leadership style
