This role requires you to be a positive role model, advocate, and communicator, working closely with residents, families, and our care team. Shift Differentials

• 3.00 for 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm
• 4.50 for 3rd shift: 11pm-7am
• 1.00 for all weekend shifts

Responsibilities Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following: Meal preparation. Housekeeping. Companionship. Personal hygiene care. Transportation assistance. Other light duties as assigned. Qualifications No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided. At least eighteen years of age with a valid driver’s license. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment. Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Ability to talk and listen. Adequate vision (close, distance, and peripheral). Ability to lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance. Ability to type on a computer keyboard. Tolerance to moderate to loud noise.
