Description

• Conduct patient evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient realms to craft personalized treatment strategies

• Inform patients and their families about treatment objectives and home exercise routines

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or similar accredited qualification

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Preferred CPR certification

• Prior experience is highly desirable
