We service the client Part D Members and Providers. Our goal is to handle inbound mail related to the M3P program, as well as Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations. Our timeframes are extremely tight: urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours. Responsibilities Handle inbound mail related to the M3P program. Respond to Member and Provider inquiries regarding benefits and coverage determinations. Meet urgent 24‑hour and standard 72‑hour response timeframes. Required Skills Retail pharmacy experience of at least 2 years. Good computer skills (typing, Outlook, Excel, etc.). Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes. Exceptional customer service. Detail oriented. Ability to multi‑task. Willingness to accept change. Preferred Skills Call center experience. CMS knowledge. Education / Certifications CPhT preferred (Certified Pharmacy Tech licensed).
