Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for our existing clients, answering questions and resolving policy concerns with care.

Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations while ensuring all documentation is precise.

Conduct comprehensive account reviews to identify gaps in coverage and suggest necessary adjustments.

Collaborate with our sales team to provide a seamless transition for new policyholders after they sign on.

Document all client interactions thoroughly to keep our records accurate and helpful for the entire team.

Actively participate in office training sessions to stay sharp on carrier updates and industry changes.

• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Requirements

Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license

At least one year of property and casualty insurance experience, preferably in account management or customer service

Ability to prepare accurate insurance quotes and explain coverage options

Confidence identifying cross-selling opportunities that fit clients’ needs

Comfort asking satisfied clients for five-star Google reviews

Ability to handle client questions with patience, accuracy, and professionalism

Comfortable using agency management software and Microsoft Office

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
