Event Bartenders are responsible for setting up, serving and breakdown of bars at events while providing an exceptional service experience before, during and after each event. They will work in a fast-paced environment while remaining attentive to members and guests in a friendly and cordial manner. Candidates must be available for various shifts, including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Primary Responsibilities: Support the mission and uphold the core values of the Atlanta Athletic Club (AAC) through dedicated service Warmly greet each member and their guests with a smile and a welcoming attitude Maintain a thorough understanding of all beverage selections Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all member requests are met promptly and professionally Keep the service area clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift Foster a spirit of teamwork by assisting fellow staff members on the floor and with side duties Develop proficiency in the Jonas POS system to ensure seamless service Consistently follow AAC’s standard procedures for service Complete all required opening and closing side work during each shift Offer support to other departments and assist with club functions or special events as needed Resolve member issues promptly and effectivelyFoster teamwork by assisting coworkers with floor duties and side work Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant demeanor Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays of food and beverages and stand for long periods Lift up to 50 lbs.
