Bath Center is hiring experienced In Home Sales Consultants to meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in bath remodeling.

• $100,000–$200,000+ earning potential
• 10% commission on every sale
• Approximately $19,000 average project size
• Approximately $1,900 commission per average sale
• Approximately 2 qualified appointments per day, Monday–Friday
• Approximately 1 additional appointment every other Saturday

$4,700 Sign On Bonus

Experienced sales professionals with a demonstrable history of high close rates may qualify.

• $2,350 after successful completion of training
• $2,350 after 60 days

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners in their homes, understand their needs, present remodeling solutions, handle objections, and close the sale.

Appointments typically last 90–180 minutes , with a sales process designed to close during the initial appointment.

Experience We’re Looking For

In home sales • Home improvement • Bath remodeling • Windows & doors • Roofing • HVAC • Solar • Kitchens • Flooring • High ticket retail • Outside sales

Bath remodeling experience is not required . A proven ability to build rapport, present value, overcome objections, and close high ticket sales is what matters.

Requirements

• Proven sales track record
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

Schedule & Territory

Monday–Friday , approximately 2 appointments per day, plus approximately 1 appointment every other Saturday. Some evening and weekend appointments may be required.

Appointments are generally scheduled within approximately 75 minutes of your home .
