Your Impact

You’ll own the process from setup to sign-off:

• Prepare CNC grinding machines for each work order
• Grind tools exactly as directed by work instructions
• Verify results to print specifications and quality standards
• Return completed tooling to its proper location
• Check in daily with the Shop Supervisor and keep communication clear
• Train teammates as needed and lean into special projects
• Model and foster MSC’s culture throughout the department

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Solid grasp of basic math
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work orders precisely
• Confidence inspecting tools to print
• Comfort juggling multiple tasks without losing focus
• A willingness to teach others when asked

Learn & Grow

• First 8 weeks: immersive, on-site training with a Tru-Edge associate; your work is 100% checked as you ramp up
• First 6 months: safety curriculum includes the General Safety Plan, Emergency Action Plan, and Fire Safety Plan

Compensation

Hourly compensation begins at $19.62–$28.77, varying by location and experience.

The stated range aligns with comparable roles and local labor costs. Actual pay reflects your relevant experience, education, and internal equity. The Company may revise the range as market conditions change.
