• Quote and write new personal lines and small commercial business.
• Serve existing clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims reporting.Conduct coverage reviews and identify gaps and the right products to fill them.
• Work with agency-generated leads, referrals, an established book of business, and prospects you develop on your own.
• Maintain accurate records in our agency management system.
• Other duties as assigned by manager

What Were Looking For

• Ohio Property & Casualty license required.
• Insurance experience preferred commercial lines exposure is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with both relationship-based service and consultative sales.
• Someone who wants to grow and keep learning.
