What You’ll Do

• Provide primary care services in outpatient settings for adult and pediatric patients
• Conduct gynecological exams, including pelvic exams and pap smears
• Interpret EKGs and perform routine outpatient procedures
• Manage patient care from newborn to geriatric populations
• Document patient encounters efficiently using Cerner EHR
• Collaborate with support staff including Medical Assistants and Patient Access Representatives
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies

What You Need

Required:

• Board-Certified in Family Medicine or comparable specialty
• Valid medical license in Michigan
• Experience in outpatient primary care settings
• Comfort managing a diverse patient population (newborns to elderly)
• Proficiency with EHR systems (Cerner preferred)

Preferred:

• Experience with gynecology and outpatient procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the Assignment

This position is with McLaren Northern Michigan, ROGER'S CITY, a respected healthcare provider serving communities in Michigan. The role involves outpatient primary care, supporting a patient-focused environment with a supportive team and efficient workflows. The provider will see approximately 20 patients daily, providing high-quality care across a wide age range.
