About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Functional Tester with a strong background in CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) Wi-Fi Testing to join our QA team at Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in both functional and API testing, particularly within the wireless networking domain, including routers and modems. Responsibilities : Collaborate with AI Engineers and Project Managers to understand and articulate the capabilities of current and future contact center solutions 5+ years of experience in testing (both functional and API). (Validating of wireless CPE devices such as routers and modems is preferred Basic knowledge of networking. Hands-on experience with cloud services testing, especially Plume. Hands-on experience of using test inventory (Qmetry) for release and test management. Hands on experience in using API tools such as postman or Swagger. Experience in test data gathering using logging tools like Splunk, Datadog Hands-on experience using ticketing tools like JIRA. Team player and good communication skills. Understanding of QA methodologies, Bug life cycle and processes. Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and scripts. Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
