Registered Nurse - Emergency Room Moses Lake, WA Specialty: Emergency Room Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1957 - $2357 | Shift: Days

As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and managing patient outcomes in a dynamic and supportive setting.

In this role, you will be responsible for both caregiving and care management, ensuring optimal patient care and outcomes. You will work closely with patients, physicians, and other clinicians to deliver exceptional care. Perform assessments and data collection focusing on physiological, psychosocial, and cognitive status Implement care plans and adhere to pre-determined procedures and policies Identify patient learning needs and implement teaching plans Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records Delegate patient care activities and supervise assigned coworkers Function as a Charge Nurse when required, managing patient assignments and staff coordination Maintain professional growth through seminars and workshops Ensure compliance with safety requirements and organizational policies

Requirements for this position include: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Current Washington State RN Licensure HCP Level of BLS certification within 30 days of hire ACLS and PALS certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes Need 1 year experience in setting Strong critical thinking and crisis management skills Ability to perform CPR and manage multiple pieces of equipment Emotional stability to handle high-stress situations
