Orthopedics Physician Assistant

Salary Range: $150k-$170k (varies depending on years of experience) A fast-growing multidisciplinary healthcare organization in New Jersey is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join its collaborative clinical team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a PA who enjoys working in an innovative outpatient environment alongside orthopedic providers, rehabilitation specialists, and pain management clinicians. Responsibilities: Perform patient evaluations, physical assessments, and ongoing clinical follow-up visits in an outpatient setting. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Assist with procedures and deliver evidence-based patient care in accordance with established protocols and clinical standards. Educate patients on diagnoses, recovery expectations, treatment options, and wellness goals to support positive outcomes. Collaborate closely with orthopedic specialists, rehabilitation providers, physical therapists, chiropractors, athletic trainers, and additional healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic medical record system. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements that support exceptional patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on clinical findings and treatment response. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment focused on communication, accountability, and continuous learning. Support patients throughout their recovery journey with compassionate, goal-oriented care. Qualifications: Active New Jersey Physician Assistant license required. 1 3 years of Physician Assistant experience preferred; orthopedic, sports medicine, pain management, spine, rehabilitation, or musculoskeletal experience highly valued. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented outpatient environment. Passion for patient-centered care and professional growth.
