Energy Sales Associate

We provide hands‑on training and the tools you need to succeed. If you’re determined, coachable, and enjoy talking to people, this opportunity is for you.. What You’ll Do: Educate customers about energy savings programs. Enroll qualified residential customers in gas and electric services. Work face‑to‑face in assigned neighborhoods. Meet daily and weekly sales goals. Represent our team with professionalism and confidence. What We’re Looking For: Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication skills. Reliable transportation is a plus. Self‑motivated and eager to learn. Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required. What We Offer: Unlimited earning potential – no income cap.
