Capture Manager – C-UAS & Airspace Awareness Location: Tampa, FL, United States Position Overview OWT Global is seeking a Capture Manager to support strategic growth initiatives and lead capture efforts across Air Domain Awareness & Defense (ADAD), Counter‑Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C‑UAS), airspace management, and related mission areas within the DoD, Intelligence Community, and federal government space. This role is responsible for driving the successful pursuit and capture of new business opportunities from qualification through contract award. The Capture Manager will lead capture execution activities, develop competitive win strategies, coordinate internal pursuit teams, and support the development of winning technical and operational solutions aligned with customer mission requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead capture activities for C‑UAS and Airspace management opportunities from qualification through contract award Support other stages of the business development lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, customer engagement, and early opportunity shaping activities Develop and execute capture strategies, win themes, competitive positioning, and pursuit plans aligned with company objectives Coordinate internal pursuit teams across Engineering, Operations, Pricing, Contracts, and Proposal functions to develop winning solutions Conduct competitive analysis, market assessments, and price‑to‑win evaluations Lead gate reviews and capture readiness activities Support proposal development activities, including technical, management, staffing, and cost inputs Assist with teaming strategies, partner coordination, and subcontractor engagement Maintain visibility into acquisition timelines, procurement activities, funding activities, and customer priorities Support pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity qualification activities Coordinate and participate in meetings with government customers, industry partners, teammates, and stakeholders Support development of white papers, RFI responses, capability briefings, and other strategic growth artifacts Maintain awareness of evolving ADAD, airspace management, and C‑UAS technologies, mission requirements, acquisition trends, and competitor positioning Qualifications 5–8 years of demonstrated success supporting business development and capture of programs within the DoD, IC, and federal government contract space 10 years of combined military service and industry experience* Proven experience supporting and winning competitive DoD or federal opportunities in C‑UAS, UxS, C5ISR, or related mission areas Understanding of federal acquisition processes Experience supporting multi‑disciplinary capture and proposal efforts Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, and deadline‑driven environments Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills Active Secret clearance required *Qualification requirement may be considered as an alternative to the 5–8 year criterion.
