Title: Site Reliability Engineer (AI Ops)

Location : downtown Miami, FL 3 days onsite

Type: 6 month plus contract to hire

Notes

• There are 3 main pillars that this person should be able to pass
  • 1 - Splunk is what they use for monitoring, but other monitoring tools like DataDog would be sufficient.
  • 2 - AI Ops and Automation is critical - LLM and Agentic AI experience to help identify problems ahead of time. Experiencing creating AI Agents - should have opinions on the approach to set up those agents
  • 3 - Heavy experience working in a 24 x 7 operation within SRE Ops teams , ability to mentor or triage in that environment
• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or related roles with strong emphasis on automation and tooling
• 3 6 years supporting CMS-based platforms; AEM experience strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML/LLM tools is highly desirable
• They will be designing and building AI-powered automation and tools that streamline SRE workflows, while also providing specialized L2 triage for application-specific technologies including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other platforms.
• They will design, build, and maintain Python-based tools, AI agents, and automation for SRE; implements Infrastructure as Code for SRE tooling and observability; and integrates AI/ML/LLM capabilities to reduce toil, improve MTTR, and enhance incident management
