In this role, you'll prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes, monitor batch quality, and ensure products are ready for production. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and want to be part of a fun, growing company.

What You'll Be Doing

• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to production recipes and specifications.
• Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
• Verify ingredient accuracy and complete required production documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with equipment cleaning, setup, and other production duties as needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Previous manufacturing, food production, or mixing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to follow recipes, safety procedures, and food handling guidelines.
