As an ER Registered Nurse in Lake Geneva, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, utilizing your skills and knowledge to make a significant impact. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care, administer medications, and perform critical assessments. Your role will involve developing and executing personalized care plans, ensuring patient safety, and enhancing the patient experience.

• Utilize the nursing process in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing techniques and standards
• Document care according to standards
• Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care
• Develop and execute patient care plans as prescribed by physicians
• Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units and departments
• Utilize critical thinking for patient safety and escalate issues appropriately
• Engage in professional nursing continuum process and peer review
• Active WI RN Licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either TNCC or TNS required
