Software Developer

Software Developer is needed to perform the following duties:
• Provide Functional Support for Warehousing operations within Infor ERP LN and Baan 5C environments including inventory management, 5C location structures, PSO processing, cycle counting, and Factory Track WMS.
• Support VLM (Vertical Lift Module) and PPG middleware migration from Baan 5C to Infor LN, serving as domain knowledge bridge between legacy and target ERP systems.
• Regularly interact with Business owners to identify optimization opportunities, pain areas and process improvements within manufacturing ERP warehouse environments.
• Understand and document Business Requirements related to Infor LN / Baan 5C ERP modules covering Warehousing, Inventory, Production and Shop Floor operations.
• Extend support to business owners on ERP operational issues, system enhancements and user training.
• Design, develop, test and deploy ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter (versions 7.x through 10.5.5) and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS/IDMC) to integrate data from ERP source systems including Infor LN, Baan 5C, Oracle and SQL Server.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, PL/SQL scripts and CTEs for data extraction, transformation, validation and deduplication against Oracle and SQL Server databases supporting ERP reporting requirements.
• Serve as domain knowledge resource for the Tableau reporting team, providing ERP data context, source system expertise and data flow guidance to support accurate BI dashboard development.
• Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for workflow automation, job scheduling and file transfer (SFTP) in support of ERP data integration pipelines.
• Work with Control-M for enterprise job scheduling and dependency management across ETL workflows.
• Perform Requirement gathering, analysis, documentation and process mapping for ERP warehouse systems and middleware integrations.
• Write Conceptual Design Documents based on business and technical requirements for ERP system enhancements and integrations.
• Coordinate with Development Team on system integrations, data flows and change management activities related to ERP migrations.
• Prepare Training Documents and user guides for business stakeholders and end users on ERP warehouse processes and system functionality.
• Build Use-Case Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams and System Integration documentation to support ERP implementation and migration activities.
• Support Azure DevOps for source control, pipeline management and CI/CD coordination as the organization transitions ERP middleware from legacy Baan 5C to Infor LN platforms.
• Coordinate with Development Team and Tableau reporting team to ensure accurate ERP data flows from Infor LN source systems to BI dashboards.
• Prepare business intelligence reports and structured data outputs as required by business stakeholders, including scheduling via Control-M and delivery via SFTP and email notification.
• Extend support to business owners on operational and reporting issues arising from ERP system changes and data integration activities.

Bachelor's Degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Information Systems
