Remote QC Communications Analyst - Call Quality & Compliance

$24 - $26 per hour

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking a Quality Control Communications Analyst to monitor live and recorded customer interactions via telephone, computer, and email, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory guidelines. The pay for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 an hour. This role is remote from home and supports our nationwide operations. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in loan servicing call monitoring, call center, or quality assurance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
