This role ensures that KPS Global is able to meet quality, safety, and productivity standards and satisfy customer requirements.Major ResponsibilitiesPerforming duties in accordance with current Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and KPS Global Code of Conduct requirementsUtilizing hand trucks, hoists, and other material handling equipment to move materials and products as needed for production, shipping, or waste managementOperating hand tools including electrical and pneumatic powered toolsConstructing shipping containers, preparing product for shipment, and crating and/or banding products as requiredInspecting product to insure conformance to quality, engineering, and customer requirementsCompleting and maintaining accurate electronic processes and paperwork including checklists, stamping, blueprints, bar coding, and shipping/receiving systemsMaintaining departmental housekeeping and 5S standardsRequired SkillsGED or High School Diploma preferredBasic math and reading comprehension skillsAbility to read, speak, and understand EnglishAbility to demonstrate safe and effective operation of all required material handling equipmentMust be able to stand and walk on concrete up to 100% of the workdayMust be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouchMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs alone and over 50 lbs with assistanceMust be able to climb and balanceMust be able to use hands to reach, handle, and/or feelMust have manual dexterity in hands for tool usageMust be able to visually inspect productsMust be able to work in a non-temperature controlled environmentMust be able to wear all required personal protective equipmentJob Location1005 Sigman Road NE, Conyers, GeorgiaPosition TypeFull-Time/Regular
