BECOMING ONE OF OUR REHAB TRAINER - CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT
As a valued member of our team, you'll receive competitive pay of $15-$20 per hour, with the potential for commission after six months. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
- 401(k) (after 1 year)
- PTO (after 1 year)

DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB
Your days will be filled with meaningful patient interactions and hands-on rehabilitation work. You'll start by greeting patients and guiding them to their treatment rooms, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable. With provided training, you'll assist with various therapies and lead patients through their rehabilitation exercises, ensuring proper technique and form. You'll be an integral part of their recovery journey, helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their movement.
Schedule:
- Monday & Wednesday: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 9 AM - 7 PM
- Friday: 8 AM - 1 PM

Our newest addition, Lake Effect Functional Fitness, is a 1,500 sqft functional fitness gym located in the same building, offering small group class training with a clinic-gym hybrid design. This setup allows our patients to graduate from care directly into the gym to continue their journey toward strength and wellness for life, setting us apart from the typical sports chiropractic office. It also provides opportunities to coach classes and earn additional income.
