Contract Analyst ProcureAbility Job Category: Procurement / Supply Chain Our client is hiring a Contract Analyst W2 contract role. This role is scheduled to start as soon as possible. The contract duration is expected to be through the end of 2026 (December 31, 2026). Location: This is a Hybrid role . For the first month, 1-2 days per week onsite will be required in Seattle, WA for training purposes. After the first month, the role is anticipated to be more remote based with onsite work as needed . The Contract Analyst will provide end-to-end contracting support within the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team, focusing on operational contracts in both of the client’s contracting systems. This role will work closely with Legal, Sourcing, internal stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely, compliant, and accurate contract execution aligned with the client’s engagement and risk framework. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and edit contract documents in system using approved templates and clauses Collaborate with Legal, stakeholders, and Strategic Sourcing and Procurement partners to align on business and risk requirements Support negotiation of contract terms and facilitate contract finalization Track and manage contract progress, approvals, and communications through Coupa Ensure timely completion and accurate documentation of executed agreements Contribute to continuous improvement of contracting workflows, templates, and SOPs Core Qualifications Strong experience in contract drafting, review, and management within a corporate procurement or legal environment Hands-on experience with Coupa (contract module or related procurement tools) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and drive timely execution Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to partner effectively with Legal, business stakeholders, and external vendors Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. ProcureAbility is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
