Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans under supervision of a registered nurse
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document changes promptly
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and hygiene
• Provide basic wound care, dressing changes, and infection control measures as directed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate care needs during shift handoffs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans and ensure safety

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPN license (current)
• Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts (18:00–06:30) and meet orientation requirements
• Willingness to commit to a 12-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours
• Experience in or ability to work in a long-term care setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Eligible for a travel assignment and local orientation requirements
