The assistant coachreports directly to the head coach, assists with team practices,game day event coordination and management, student-athleterecruitment duties as assigned by the head coach in accordance withcontractual agreements. Provide adequate feedback and evaluation tostudent athletes as to potential, progress and performance. Assistshead coach with course preparations and ensures facilities are setup ready for competition. Should attend clinics and workshops toenhance personal growth and belong to national and state coachingassociations.
