Overview Land Surveyor (Licensed, Office-Based) in Fresno, CA. The position focuses on the technical oversight and preparation of surveying deliverables for land development, municipal, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Provide technical oversight and prepare surveying deliverables. Collaborate closely with field crews, engineers, and clients. Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of surveying documents. Coordinate with public agencies for map reviews and approvals. Essential Skills Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey-related software. California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in good standing. 5+ years of experience in land surveying, including preparation of survey maps and legal documents. Strong knowledge of boundary law, mapping procedures, and California Subdivision Map Act requirements. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Passion for mentoring and supporting the growth of technical staff. Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.
