Senior Accountant

KBW has partnered with a growing manufacturing company seeking a Senior Accountant to lead the month-end close and support accounting operations for manufacturing locations. This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to inventory, product costing, fixed assets, cash management, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly and year-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and GL analysis Manage fixed assets, CapEx tracking, and inventory valuation Partner with Operations on physical inventory, BOMs, labor, scrap, and product costing Analyze material, labor, pricing, and departmental variances to improve margins Oversee AP/AR, cash activity, collections, payments, and bank transactions Support audits, tax requirements, budgeting, and forecasting Develop accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Identify ERP process gaps and improve financial data and reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of hands-on GL accounting experience Experience with an integrated ERP system such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and cost-modeling capabilities Compensation:$80,000 -90,000 plus benefits KBW789 #J-18808-Ljbffr
