We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven entry-level Project Coordinator preferably with experience within the Telecommunication or Networking/IT industry .

COMMUNICATION:

Possess advanced verbal and written professional communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact with colleagues, vendors and customers/clients of all demographics and professional levels.

Strong negotiation skills

COGNITIVE:

Ability to read statements of work and scopes of work.

Possess impeccable attention to detail.

Excellent time management; ability to multi-task and balance several important project tasks at one time.

Analytical and problem-solving capabilities and react to project adjustments promptly and efficiently.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

Possess clear understanding of project deadlines, scopes of work and life cycles.

Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment.

Strong and thorough knowledge about budgetary details and the financial matters ****

TOOLS & SYSTEMS:

Possess intermediate knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Previous experience with proprietary ticketing systems, and/or database software is a plus.

TECHNICAL:

Basic knowledge of network equipment i.e. Access Point, Routers, Switches, Modems, etc.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Previous field or project coordination experience a plus.

Category: Full-time, 40 hours/week
