Beaver Toyota is building something different. Were not just selling carswere growing a Loyalty Center focused on deepening relationships with our existing customer base. This isnt traditional sales. Its high-access, high-trust, and built for professionals ready to run their own desk and own their own results.
What Makes This Role Different
- No Cold Calling: All leads come from our loyal service customer base
- Run Your Own Desk: Structure deals yourselfno waiting at the tower
- System Access: Direct access to CRM, equity tools, DMS, and appraisal systems
- Leadership that Works for You: Youll be coached, not micromanaged
- Mission-Driven: Help build the most forward-thinking department in the store
Responsibilities
- Review daily service appointments to identify upgrade opportunities
- Engage with customers in service and present personalized solutions
- Structure deals that work for the customer, the lender, and the store
- Collaborate with service, appraisers, and finance for seamless delivery
- Maintain organized, high-quality CRM notes and follow-up
- Build long-term relationships that create repeat and referral business
What Were Looking For
- Proven success in automotive sales (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong understanding of deal structure, customer needs, and lender expectations
- Coachable, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Confidence to operate with autonomy
- Hunger for growthpersonally and professionally
Compensation & Benefits
- Tiered unit bonus + performance incentives. Realistic on target yearly earnings range from $90,000 to $150,000
