About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) for Operations and Supply Chain. This executive will be responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of the Windows and Doors Business Unit, with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and workforce stability. The SVP will be tasked with building and executing the operational strategy, holding the organization accountable to key metrics, and ensuring that the operational performance directly supports the business's competitive positioning and customer commitments. This role requires a leader who can operate effectively across a matrixed organization, lead through influence, and drive cross-functional partnership to achieve shared business outcomes. Candidates for the SVP position should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations and/or supply chain is required, including significant experience at a multi-site or regional leadership level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic and analytical thinking, change management, and talent development. Experience in Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies is strongly preferred. The SVP will also be responsible for strategic planning, P&L ownership, and leading large-scale operational transformation initiatives.
