What You’ll Do As our Area Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the quality and safety of our hotel properties. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing and managing all maintenance operations across multiple properties. Conducting regular inspections to ensure facilities meet safety and quality standards. Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. Managing preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Supervising and coordinating with on-site maintenance staff and contractors. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborating with hotel management to address maintenance needs and priorities. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone with the following qualifications and skills: Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management, with a mandatory background in hotel maintenance . Language Skills: Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred to better serve our diverse team and guests. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance challenges. Attention to Detail: A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
