Position Phlebotomist – Old Bridge, NJ Work Schedule Monday 9:00am–5:00pm Tuesday 9:00am–6:30pm Wednesday 9:00am–5:00pm Thursday 9:00am–6:30pm Friday 9:00am–1:00pm Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Enter patient information accurately and promptly. Process billing information and collect payments as necessary. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed. Travel to additional sites when required. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Six (6) months or more experience as a phlebotomist. Preferred Qualifications One (1) year or more of phlebotomy experience. Additional Job Standards In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test. Pay Range $17.75 – $24.00 per hour. All job offers are based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
