The Warehouse Associate – Night Shift is not just a packing station. You are the last set of eyes before an order goes out the door. When shipping is accurate — right product, right quantity, right documentation — customers stay on schedule and Shepherd's reputation holds. When it isn't, the entire chain breaks.
