About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to be the senior leader and chief fundraising strategist for its business college. The CAO will be responsible for providing vision, leadership, and oversight of all fundraising, alumni engagement, donor experience, and stewardship efforts. This role is pivotal in the college's transformational growth, and the successful candidate will work closely with the Dean to launch a significant capital campaign and expand alumni engagement and corporate partnerships. The CAO will also be tasked with building and managing a robust portfolio of major and principal gift prospects, fostering an integrated advancement program, and ensuring that the college's strategic priorities are met through philanthropic investments.
