Base pay range $17.00/hr - $17.00/hr Responsibilities Delivers an unparalleled guest experience in an ideal environment for celebrating children’s birthday parties. Assist General Manager in matters concerning safety and security in all areas: front door, play area, play castle, private event rooms, and restrooms. Assists guests with all requests and answers questions as needed. Greets guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions; smiles and greets guests upon entering. Keeps coordinators promptly and fully informed of problems or unusual matters, and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action. Provides timely and accurate service while managing party times and communicating information to guests, coordinators, and managers. Diffuses difficult guest situations while protecting the integrity and safety of staff, building, and house policies. Assists in the cleanliness and organization of rental equipment. Brings attention to the General Manager of problem areas with other managers and party coordinators. Ensures that all children and adults adhere to house policies as outlined and informs management of any issues. Assists with setup and breakdown of special events functions as directed by management. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster a cooperative and productive work environment. Opens and closes the store. Education, Experience, and Skills Strong work ethic. High School diploma or equivalent. Must be available to work on weekends and holidays. Children experience preferred, but not required. Effective communication with guests and team members; generates enthusiasm. Strong math and verbal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor; follows dress guidelines. Ability to clearly greet, request assistance, and bid farewell to guests. Ability to convey guest needs to team members clearly; calm in addressing dissatisfied guests and escalating to management as needed.
