Robin Kelly for Senate is searching for a Deputy Finance Director for the 2026 election cycle to help grow and lead Congresswoman Kelly's fundraising program. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, strong communicator, and team player. This position is based in Chicago, IL and will report to the Finance Director.

Responsibilities:

• Support the campaign's call time program and team-wide systems for prospecting, providing strategic guidance as the team grows a robust outreach program.
• Lead the campaign's in-state fundraising program, working with the in-state consultant to set goals and supplement prospecting and event build with staff help.
• Staff the candidate at in-state fundraising events as needed.
• Oversee other projects and systems such as the campaign's acknowledgements program, compliance and database maintenance, etc.
• Assist the finance director as needed with national fundraising trips.
• Other duties as assigned, which may grow over the course of the cycle depending on the employee and campaign's needs and demonstrated strengths.

Qualifications:

• At least two cycles/3 years of experience in political campaign fundraising, including as an intern
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic who is willing to work weekends and evenings in a fast-paced campaign environment
• Excellent computer skills, especially Excel and Google Spreadsheets
• Familiarity with Numero, NGP, ActBlue, and call time software required

Salary: $7,500-$9,000 per month based on experience and qualifications
