NOW HIRING: Lead Window Tint Installer – Help Us Launch a New Service!
We’re expanding! Our Houston repair facility is adding professional window tinting as a brand‑new service, and we’re looking for a Lead Window Tint Installer who can help us build this department from scratch.
If you’re a skilled tint installer who takes pride in clean, precise work — and you’re ready to create a tinting program the right way — this is your chance to shape something new.
What You’ll Do:- Launch the tint department — Set up workflow, tools, materials, and bay layout.
- Perform high‑quality tint installs on all vehicle types.
- Prep and inspect glass surfaces for flawless application.
- Ensure top‑tier quality with clean edges, no contamination, and proper curing.
- Handle film with precision — cutting, shrinking, and applying like a pro.
- Educate customers on care, curing times, and film expectations.
- Maintain compliance with Texas tint laws and safety standards.
- Proven experience installing automotive window tint
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to build processes and systems from the ground up
