Tax Manager

Our client, a well‑established public accounting firm , is seeking an experienced tax professional to join its leadership team. This role blends client service, strategic tax planning, and team leadership , supporting closely held businesses, high‑net‑worth individuals, and fiduciary clients . Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted tax advisor delivering compliance and planning Review and manage complex tax returns (individual, business, partnership, trust, estate) Develop proactive, tailored tax strategies Collaborate with legal and financial advisors Oversee engagements, ensure timely and accurate delivery Handle IRS and state notice responses Mentor and develop tax staff Qualifications 7+ years of public accounting tax experience Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting/Tax CPA required or strongly preferred Strong technical depth across individual and entity taxation Experience with tax software (UltraTax preferred) Client‑focused communicator with strong analytical skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
