• Current Physical Therapy license in North Carolina

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage a small, varied caseload Role Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teachers and staff as an itinerant PT to provide services across several elementary sites
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans for elementary students with varied physical and developmental needs
• Assist students in developing motor skills to enable full participation in class activities
• Track student progress and contribute to multidisciplinary IEP meetings
• Educate school staff and families on strategies and equipment to foster student independence
• Maintain professional records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
