Lula is looking for a 1099 Electrician to help with property maintenance of several hundred rental properties across the Phoenix Metro area . We are seeking individuals who have experience in the property management industry and has an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem-solving. You will need reliable transportation.

-Must have valid ID
-Must provide your own tools and materials
-Must be willing to undergo a background check
